MEMBERSHIP


Thank you for your interest in the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, San Francisco (NCBW-SF), CA Chapter

General membership meetings are held on the fourth Saturday of each month. A $100.00 non-refundable application fee is due upon submission of your application.


Any woman who agrees to act in accordance with the purposes and aims of the San Francisco Chapter and has demonstrated evidence of community involvement shall be eligible for membership in this Chapter. An applicant must have community involvement and be sponsored by two financial members in good standing, as defined by the Bylaws and the sponsor must have been a member in the organization for a period of one year.

Membership benefits the member and the community by providing:

  • Leadership training
  • Continuous learning opportunities through National and local Conferences and Workshops
  • Informational resources
  • Peer assistance and support from over 7,500 peers
  • Opportunity to help rebuild communities and redirect the energies of younger Black people who live in these communities
  • Legacy opportunities through coaching and preparing the next generation
