19TH Annual Golden Girls Hats & Gloves Tea “BRIDGING THE GENERATIONS”

ON MARCH 09 TH ,2024, AN IMPORTANT TRADITION WILL CONTINUE IN SAN FRANCISCO, THE 19TH ANNUAL NATIONAL COALITION OF 100 BLACK WOMEN SAN FRANCISCO CHAPTER’S (NCBW-SF) “BRIDGING THE GENERATIONS” GOLDEN GIRLS HATS & GLOVES TEA PROGRAM. OUR MISSION IS TO ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF BLACK WOMEN AND GIRLS TO PROMOTE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND GENDER EQUITY IN THE AREAS OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT AND PUBLIC POLICY. OUR GOAL IS TO RAISE $160,000 TO FUND OUR CHAPTER’S PROGRAMS IN THOSE AREA OF SERVICES THAT ADVANCES THEM ALONG THEIR PATH TOWARDS ACHIEVING THEIR GOALS.

THIS SIGNATURE EVENT HELD AT THE FAIRMONT HOTEL, 950 MASON STREET, SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA RAISES FUNDS FOR THE MANY COMMUNITY PROGRAMS OF OUR 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION, WITH APPROXIMATELY 7500 MEMBERS IN OVER 60 CHAPTERS IN 24 STATES, AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.

OUR GUESTS WILL ASSEMBLE TO HONOR COMMUNITY LEADERS WHO HAVE DISTINGUISHED THEMSELVES IN SERVICE TO OUR BAY AREA COMMUNITY. THE WORK OF OUR HONOREES IS EXEMPLARY OF OUR ORGANIZATION’S MISSION. IT WOULD BE AN HONOR TO HAVE YOUR SUPPORT AS WE CONTINUE TO EXPAND OUR MISSION AND VISION IN ADVOCATING FOR AND AIDING UNDERSERVED BLACK WOMEN AND GIRLS LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO AND COUNTIES OF SAN MATEO AND MARIN.
